Just a heads up to everyone. If you need replacement hinges for your S&W presentation case, Rockler Woodworking and Hardware has a set of brass hinges that work GREAT. Not an exact match but close, and the holes match up PERFECT! It is Rockler part number 25651 Brass Box Hinge. Now here is the GREAT part, they are $2.99 for a pair.

I did not use the little brads, I bought some little brass screws at the local hardware store. Hope this helps.
