Price check model 13-3 nickel

I'm going to possibly trade for this revolver. I don't really know if I need to ask for cash on top or it it's a fair trade. I value my pistol at about $600-$650. If I were to sell the 13 would I be able to get that for it? I haven't handled it but the owner says that it's 90% + condition wise. No box or papers. These are the only two good pics I have of it at the moment.

It looks to be a very nice 13-3, but I suspect (minus the box and accessories) it is a $450 gun.

Thanks for the info Murphydog. The pistol was not in the condition described either. Had some significant torching on the top strap and the finish was worn through in a couple spots. Still was a good shooter but not worth what he valued it.
