I think it is worth $350 if it comes with two mags and is in reasonably nice shape.

Since it's local and you don't have to have it shipped or pay transfer fee, that's seems fine. Purchase price for mine for a little less than that but it was from out of state so shipping and transfer added 50 bucks to it.
The 908 is a fine CCW. It isn't much bigger overall than my Bodyguard 38 J-Frame, it's definitely thinner, and eight shots of 9mm is better than five of non+P 38 special.

I paid $375 last July, down from an asking price of $400 from the big store on the side of the interstate for one in excellent condition with the 2 factory mags. Glad to have it at that. Oh yeah, it was a 908S, the stainless version.

You got a good buy. I usually figure that on the value line guns the stainless are worth up to $50 more than the blue models.
