Anyone have problems getting Hogue to complete an order for wooden grips without problems?
I have had problems with nearly every order for wood grips I have placed with them over the years. I would never spend another nickle with them, except that I like their product. (laminate finger groove grip with fancy striped end cap)
The orders take forever, they never update the order status on the website, and each time I call or e-mail I get a different story.
The latest dilema has a grip order for an N-Frame in "limbo". After two months and no word, I inquired about the order only to be told the order somehow was overlooked and would be processed immediately... still waiting, weeks later, recently I was told it was definetely going to ship on a certain date, and how sorry they were for the mix up, a week after the certain ship date and nothing. Called again and was told the grip was backordered...
I think I'm being B.S.'d a bit here!
Any similar experiences dealing with Hogue out there?
