I got the same tale over a week ago.

Talked to the lady at Promag today and she confirmed that there was a former employee that really screwed up the fulfillment order on all orders from mid jan through mid feb. She said that she thought the next run would be the m&p mags, but wasn't sure. My guess is at least another week.

Just got off the phone with them myself and the lady just said that they are "still waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting".

Must really suck to be one of their receptionists these days.

I got my shipping notice on Mar 26th (originally ordered on Jan 31), but when I enter the refernce number into UPS the only info is that a label has been made for the order. What is their deal? Anyone have that phone number so I can cancel that stupid order? In the time I've waited for Promag, I've received three orders from Tactical Vantage.

Damn I ordered on 3/7. I wonder If I were to call and inquire they would just say "it takes 6 weeks to process these" and offer no other assistance besides cancelling my order.

I've already received two different orders of 32 round Promags from Tactical Vantage within the past 3 weeks. It appears that they have been getting mags in stock over the past month or two. I finally gave up on Promag Industries and cancelled my 2-4-13 order. Good luck to those who still want to do business with them.

Ordered 3 32 Rd Promags from Tactical Advantage on 3/13/13 received ship notice today, no ETA but probably next week. Nothing from the ones I ordered direct from Promag 02/21/13...

Got lucky and got 2 of the Midway 10 rounders before they sold out...

Just picked up a Pro Mag at my local academy for $19.99. One mag per customer though. I'll be back in a few hrs though

I tried to cancel my ProMag order because I got some mags from Tactical Vantage. Their system would not let me cancel the order. Did you call customer service to cancel?

Filed a complaint with the BBB after seeing that they were no longer going to fulfill orders, and gave them almost 2 weeks to respond to multiple emails and phone messages. I hope that they get nailed to the wall for their handling of this situation. I understand a mistake was made, but they needed to rectify it with their customers. I actually found their 15-22 mags sitting next to plinker tactical mags at the local sportsmans. Even though I believe the promags to be higher quality I bought 3 of the others. They have lost a customer in me permanently.

I think they have gotten seize and decease letter from S&W few weeks ago for patent infringement....

File with BBB ain't going to help much... They are just bad business themselves. Just call your credit card company and cancel the order. Simple and easy

They don't charge your card until it ships anyway so I don't understand why you'd have to call your cc company?
