Finally. After six and a half weeks, I just got the email confirming that my mags are shipping. I ordered 4 mags on 1/18. Can't say I am impressed with the way Promag has handled all of this. The backlog, I understand. But the total lack of communication with customers is pitiful. I mean really, how difficult is it to send automated emails out every so often acknowledging the backlog and letting the customer know they haven't been forgotten? This is standard business practice for most online companies these days. And then, to ship out of order, so that people are getting their mags in a couple of weeks, while not shipping others that have been waiting months? Ridiculous. Will not do business with them again.
Well, Promag in one day sent me notification that my order was shipped but without a tracking number that was on Feb. 27, still no mags and still no tracking number. The tactical Vantage mags I ordered on the same day have shipped and will be here on Mon according to UPS. So who can figure.I just ordered two from Pro Mag and two from Tactical Vantage we will see who ships first.
Got a shipping notice last night from ProMag that my Jan 21 order for 4 mags just shipped.

I guess I got moved to the back of the line. Just looked at my account and they cancelled all my orders but the latest, 2/21, which I have yet to receive. Why would you cancel the older orders? My order from 1/4 canceled and 2/4 canceled.
You may want to reset the timeframe of the orders they are showing. The default is 30 days, so the older orders won't show.
Well I got home today and what was at my door but two 10 rd long promags. Just got off the phone with ProMag. The CSR informed me that someone that worked there mistakenly had newer orders shipped before the rest of us who had been waiting. There is no ETA on when the mags will be back in stock, but she assured me that the back ordered mags will be shipped before any of the newer orders. She also said that other person was fired for her royal screw up. Couldn't believe it when she admitted they sent out newer orders before older ones! Faith is somewhat restored in them.......
No faith until I get my delivery.
