Dear Smith and Wesson Forum, I have a question about the sights on the beretta m9 9mm semi automatic pistol. Are the sights fixed or adjustable? sincerely and respectfully mg357 a proud member of the Smith and Wesson Forum.

On most of the 92F's I've seen, the front sight is very fixed .... as in part of the slide. If you want to change it you need a smith to grind it off and drill for a new sight.

The rears are drift adjustable only.

Yes, they are fixed, and take a lot to move them for windage. Another thing I noticed. Mine had the three dot system, while newer ones have the dot and post. I noticed that the rear sight has been made for both, depending where the white paint is. I changed mine by blacking out the white dots and filling in the recess in the bottom center to create a semi-circular dot. They are now somewhat like Heine straight eight sights. I find this is quicker to line up. Hope this helps.
