Question regarding Mika Holsters

Mika's holsters are made from Naugahyde. Naugahyde is the skin of the elusive Nauga, a creature so rare it's skin is only available to one company for preparation and distribution to custom crafters. For more information on the Nauga and the uses of the Nauga's hide, lookie here:

I have two: One square and one round. I've used the square only a couple of times and then only when wearing BDUs with a thigh pocket.
The round one is so comfortable that I often carry my 649 over my Commander. Very convenient (just slip it into your pocket) and I have even forgot I was carrying a couple of times.

Mika's the best

i've got a round cut Mika for my 642CT. It always stays in the pocket and in place, easy to re-holster too.
I have an Uncle Mikes for my Keltec P-11. it works fine also.

The Mike is better at staying open when empty, but still holds the weapon and is not loose.

I have a Mika knife holster too.

Everyone has already said all I would say about these great holsters. I am really glad I have one. Having said that, If you order one, don't expect it to arrive soon. Robert is a great guy. I called him, when after several weeks, I hadn't gotten the holster yet. He explained that he is always backordered, and makes each holster himself, by hand.

It took a while longer, but was worth the wait!

my round cut just arrived today, ordered on Jan 3!!!!!! Didn't think 16 days was a long wait at all. He's a great guy with what looks to be a great product. Haven't tried mine yet but intend to this evening. Maybe he is getting caught up on his orders.

carried my CS45 all day today in the new Mika round cut (made for my CS9 but the CS40 and CS45 fit just great), front pocket of relaxed fit Dockers. Conceals very well, to the critical eye (mine) appears as maybe a wallet but nothing to giveaway whats really inside. Practiced pocket draw numerous times with the 45 and the 9, functions flawlessly. Holster stayed securely in pocket with every draw while gun separated from it without a hitch. Think its a tool I'll get lots and lots of use out of. Highly recommend.

I have had and still have several of Bob Mikas holsters, used them for 10yrs at least and no sign of wear, Mika is the most stand up guy you will ever meet, Half the Los Angeles Police carry bu guns in his holsters..i might add sweat will not get through the holsters..
