Quick turn around repair from S&W

I'm new to the forum. I wanted to share a good experience I had from S&W. I've heard horror stories about returning a weapon to the manufacture for repairs. I have a small J-Frame, S&W 638, Snub Nose .38spl pocket cannon (my carry). It has always had difficult casing extraction. I finally took my revolver to the gun smith where I bought it. They sent it back to S&W for warantee repair. It was repaired by S&W and returned mailed today. Less than a week. I expected that it would take at least a month or more. Way to go S&W.

They did great with me.
They paid shipping both ways, they received it on Monday, I had it back the following Monday, no charge for the fix.
Even I can't complain.
