I believe that she was the last surviving cast member of Gone With The Wind.

She was, at least in a major role. Also she was related to the family which founded the British De Havilland aviation company. She was remembered as the first to crack the movie studio "Star System", as she filed a successful lawsuit in the 1940s to prevent her contract from being unilaterally extended beyond its original term.

Geoffrey de Havilland's Cousin

A little known factoid about Olivia was that she was a supporter of any organization that kept vintage de Havilland aircraft going, especially Tiger Moths. She was the paternal cousin of Sir Geoffrey de Havilland, founder of the de Havilland aircraft company. de Havilland produced some of the most iconic aircraft of the mid-20th century including the Tiger Moth trainer, Mosquito fighter bomber, and Comet jet passenger airliner. I was privileged to fly in a Tiger Moth several times. I always noticed the chance sighting of de Havilland aircraft, including Goblins, Vampires and Doves. The Mosquito is one of a kind.
