Finally found some pretty affordable Flobert ammo. Distance a little over 30ft in the garage, the rear sight is too high, so I had to guess once the front dipped below it. It is about as loud as a Hilti 22 nail gun.

Good fun!:D:D

BB Caps might bring POI down a bit.

Is the trigger a 'Set' trigger? The extra room behind it inside the guard
makes it look like it is possibly a single set trigger w/o an external adjustment.

Elegant pistol...Time to Shoot for Drinks!

I am shooting for drinks, every time I miss, I get a beer, the game keeps getting better as we go. :D:D:D

Not sure about a "set" trigger, but there are two positions on the trigger, half cock, that will fire the round but does not leave room to extract and load, or full cock, which leaves room to load, but seems like overkill to fire the tiny round.

I cannot find BB caps anywhere, so I got what I could get, 22 CB shorts are too powerful, it fires, but ejects the case too.

Early semi auto?

When you describe a "half cock" and "full cock" and loading the gun you would be describing the hammer/breech unit. The post you were responding to was referring to the trigger itself as many of these European target pistols had a trigger that could be "set" for a lighter pull. I have owned a few of these. The trigger itself could be pushed forward inside the trigger guard until it clicked. At that point a spring mechanism allowed the slightest touch to release the trigger. This very light pull made for a fast and easy release for target work. Not all such guns have it but many do

Understood, but I don't think it's that sophisticated, but the trigger pull is very light, it cannot however be pushed forward in any position.

Nicely made mechanism.
If a 'Set Trigger' if most likely would be a sequence where you would have to cock the hammer to full cock first.
Then 'set' the trigger by pushing it forward till it engages (clicks and holds in a forward placement)
Then to fire the pistol only a very slight pull on the now 'set' trigger releases the trigger which snaps back and kicks the sear out of contact with the hammer.

I don't see the usual adjustment screw for the trigger though.
Still a very nice pistol and thank you for the detailed pics.

I'm having a whiskey right now, so take aim & try again for another!
