Range Report M&P fs 45

Took out my new edition today M&P fs 45, and happy to report if you haven't shot one. It was awesome... a very soft shooter, recoil management outstanding. I put 50 rounds through it and it shot like a champ. Cu-dos to Smith and Wesson. Very accurate, and shot like my 9Pro.

I had same experience with mine! Deadly accurate, reliable. Where ever that front sight goes, so goes the bullet!

I like my FS M&P 45, but I like my 45c even better...different strokes for different folks, fact is they're both awesome! Add the Apex kit and you'll find a great gun becomes even better...

Yes , they are great! I'll keep mine stock. My shooting buddy, decades of experience was totally shocked when he fired mine.

Hated SW autos, said "damm that trigger is awesome"! Does not hate SW autos anymore, at least my MP45! He still loves his Les Baer lol

I'm looking at a FS45 also. What kinda accuracy are you seeing with it, felt recoil and such?
Also, DULLH, Usually once I get a FS M&P 9/40/etc I end up adding a C version for carry. how do you like your 45C, does it seem to be as acuurate as a full size, how about felt recoil with the smaller size and weight gun?

Congrats on your new pistol. I love my FS that I bought new in april of 2010. Recoil is nothing at all. Actually very soft for a 45. I didn't notice any difference in recoil between the 45c or the fs. It's as accurate as the person shooting it honestly. I've left mine completely stock because the trigger didn't bother me at all out of the box. A little over 6300 rounds now and the trigger is smooth as butter. Still haven't replaced anything internal although I'm noticing the recoil assembly spring is loosing some of its tension.
