Hi folks,
Snuck off to the range again with member Shutthefrontdoor, I brought a couple of M52-2s and a 686PC, he showed up with a group of 952s and an ultra-rare 686 CS-3 to enjoy.
We did some ransom rest testing at 18 yards, 54 feet, and the M52 we chose did nicely.

We then shot some freehand. It’s really interesting to see the difference on target between the pointy 9mm holes versus the 38spl, given roughly the same diameter. You can see some sighting in shots upper right as adjustments made to red dot.
The best string for me was the 9-round headshot grouping with the 952, and it wasn’t even the longslide!

The M52s were shooting so impressively that we taped a few quarters up at 7 yards and bullseyed them with wadcutters!

I don’t think the Coinstar is gonna like them…
Thanks for looking!
