I was amazed.....

I talked to a girl on the phone that sounded like she was in a big hurry and when I hung up, I thought for sure that my part wouldn't be sent to me. 2 weeks later guess what showed up at my door?

About 3 weeks ago I needed a new seating stem for some 380 dies I had purchased. I e-mailed them had a response with in a hour that (Techs name was Charles ) he had ordered me a new one, and was shipping it to me. Received it in 4 days and that was during the x-mas rush. There customer service is excellent.

Thanks for all the replies. Yes RCBS customer service is tops. Got my response and suggested fix for my problem which worked!

My chargemaster pan would on occasion gain weight when empty! First time I was done so didn't think much about it, than it happened twice more. It would weight normally 160.5 grains on rcbs and my lyman digital scale. Than it would jump to 161.1 on the. Rcbs but still 160.5 on the lyman. Problem? Static electricity! I put a rubber mat in ft. Of my bench and wipe down the CM with an anti static cloth. Now back to normal. This was rcbs suggestion.
