RCBS reloader?

The short answer is yes. I wouldn't purchase anything until you find out if the missing parts can be acquired from RCBS. Trying to find them from another source will be very difficult if not impossible. I have some spare parts for a RCBS Piggyback which shares many parts with the Ammomaster but I don't think I'll have what RCBS doesn't. I know for a fact that RCBS doesn't have the large or small primer plugs, primer follower, pistol powder drop tube, powder measure cylinder handle.

Will this Uniflow power measure system work with the RCBS Ammomaster?

I would think so. Looks very much like the one on mine. You'd replace the handle with a linkage arm.

I'd be surprised of RCBS doesn't have whatever parts you need. Might not be the same as 20 years ago, though. Like the primer follower. I'd lost mine at one point, and RCBS only had plastic ones, not metal like mine was. They sent me some. I didn't like them, so just cut off a nail to use. I found my OEM one eventually, so that's what I'm still using. And the powder drop tube is no longer available in clear plastic, but the alum one they have now works fine.
