My father has a Lee progressive of some sort and I have a Dillon 550. For pistol on the Dillon, I use the powder dump. Rifle, I put a funnel on the powder die and use a Frankfort auto trickler. That allows me to weigh every charge, and it doesn't slow me down much. Pistol is more about "volume", rifle is accuracy for me. I like the 550 as I can go slow if I like. Basically treat it like a turret press.
