RCBS Sizing Die

Hi:
I have began to use a "Pre-Own" set of RCBS .45acp Dies.
One die de-caps/caps and bells the case mouth.

One Die seats the bullet and crimps the case mouth.

The third dies is marked "Sizer".

In the reloading steps how is the "Sizer" used?

First

Use the sizer die first to size the case back down to "factory specs". Then use the case mouth belling/decapping die second.

Old style 45 acp die set

Years ago I had an old set of .357 Magnum dies:
The first die SIZED ONLY.
The 2nd die DECAPPED and BELLED THE CASE.
The 3rd die Seated the bullet.
