I have the case and the gun but the plastic inset was missing when i bought the gun used. I would like to get the case in shape as I am going to have to start selling some of the my guns as I have no one to give then to when I am ashes.

I got mine from Flockit dot com. Use the nylon fibers. For adhesive, I used royal blue acrylic craft paint from Walmart. Did not like the SuedeTex adhesive, but could have just been me. Tried both before I did the case. This just worked better for me. Pretty easy to do. Experiment/practice first. I did use the mini flocker they sell.

To me the synthetic fibers are a big deal as the original material was cellulose based which would hold water. Redoing the foam clam shell case liners has always been a problem because the spray adhesive attacks & melts the styrofoam. A friend told me he got around that issue by first removing the old flocking and then painting the foam with latex paint. It seemed to adhere well to the foam. Then the spray on adhesive could be applied without attacking the foam.
