REAL long barreled revolvers.

Here's my 10.5" 500 Magnum Hunter. The only handgun I have that's longer than my 57-1 8 3/8".

They had to use the long barrel for this S&W Model 629 Punxsutawney Phil Commemorative .44 Magnum. On the barrel the Custom Shop engraved in cursive "Punxsutawney Groundhog Club."

Ruger Super Single Six 9-1/2" barrel.

Found it at the LGS. Has the extra cylinder and the paperwork.

Dates to 1981. Didn't need it but couldn't pass up a Southport made revolver.

I also have a Ruger 9 1/2" .22 convertible. Pictured with my .22 magnum Marlin.

Buntline

As a sailor in Key West there was a shop that had a Buntline 45LC and matching 22LR in a case made by Colt. Cost was $285 but on an E-3 pay I could not afford them. Regret it to this day that I could not figure out how to buy them. I was 18 and allowed to buy them and walk out of the store.
