With the correct tools, you can probably tighten up the nut on the left side and re stake it. If you do that, make sure it's not too tight. The windage screw needs to turn freely.
I believe you're supposed to hold the screw still and turn the nut to tighten. Otherwise, the blade will move and the nut may not tighten. After taking the play out, then stake it.
Using Loctite in that situation is an invitation to permanently lock up the whole thing. Get a little bit in the wrong place and you're there. You can stake the screw with a center punch. Do only light taps.
