I just received 10 boxes from Cabelas OLIN 5.56 mm (62) FMJ M855 PENETRATOR.

Check the lot number as described in the link. Apparently it's only an issue with one specific lot.

That's an issue too..
Since I only bought 10 boxes there is no "large" box with a lot number on it. Just individual boxes. But it does not say "Winchester" on the box, just OLIN at the bottom on back. But there is a Q3269 in small corner of box end.
