Recoil spring and guide rod for M&P performance center long slide

Any one know where I can get the guide rod and springs for the 5" performance center long slide kit
I bought the kit from Grab A Gun only to find it doesn't come with the guide rod or springs
Can't find it in searches either

The full size and the 5" 9mm use the same RSA in the stock guns.. I have both and they interchange. If you are using unusually hot or mild reloads and need a different spring, Brownells sells the ISMI flat-would springs in various strengths.

I bought the 5" ported CORE kit too. As OKFC05 said, it's the same as your 4.25". I simply moved mine over and then ordered a few new ones.

I like the Ed Brown captured recoil guide because it's very easy to disassemble so that you can run different recoil springs to tune the gun to the load.

Glock 4.5" barreled pistols recoil springs are the same too if your looking for a new lighter or heavier recoil spring . Now that the 1.0 version pistols were under sprung as it is for normal ammo . I tried a 18lb in my wifes m&p 4.25 9mm core with our lite practice loads and it runs fine and my 40's running the a 20lb spring , the same as the 2.0 40sw version . Recoil feels more controlled with both models .
