Sight is a JPoint on an Allchin mount.

Here is my fastfire on my 627-3 pc

The mounts were made by J P Rifles who also market the J Point reflex sight. As for removing the sight, only when I change the battery or am in the mood for shooting with a scope. One great aspect of this setup is the ease of modifying an off the rack holster to accept the gun with the sight mounted. It took me all of about 3 minutes to cut a bit of additional clearance in the Galco Silohuette holsters in the background.
