Remington R51

Yesterday I got an email from Remington Firearms. It was about their entry into the compact pistol world. The R 51 is a 9mm+p subcompact semi auto pistol with a 3.4 inche barrel and . I was wondering if others here had heard or read about it. I was thinking I might like to shoot one of those new fangled Remington's.

Yes, I have read about it. I like it but I already have a 3913.

I've been much more interested in this than Glock's new over-sized compact .380. I have no real need for it since my Sig P938 fills the role of subcompact 9mm, but I find it to be an attractive gun. The +P rating is also nice.

I wish it was a little shorter so I could pocket carry it. Aside from that, I like what I hear so far. Another 9mm isn't exactly on the top of my gun list though.
