Removal of 460 Brake

I own a long barreld 460 that came from the Performance Shop. Can the brake be easily removed (if so how?) so I could shoot cast bullets?

I too have a 460S&W 10.5 inch PC, i shoot cast bullets in it just fine the way it is. I believe that the compensator on the Standard 83/8 inch model is the one that is meant to be "switched out".
