Oh man! If you've got a muzzle breaker on your muzzle, you'd better get it off before the muzzle breaker breaks your muzzle! I'm not sure if that would be covered under warranty.
All kidding aside, I replaced the mile long factory flash suppressor with a Battlecomp BABC (which stands for Big Awesome Battle Comp- You! Be quiet back there, this is a family show, so Awesome it is. Think of the children).
Myself, I don't care for muzzle brakes because of how they redirect the concussion. I'd much rather deal with the recoil. But the Battlecomp compensator seems to soften the muzzle blast a bit and works good at keeping muzzle rise down. Recoil feels softer as well. The downside is cost- the BABC is over $200. While I feel it's money well spent, there are less expensive compensators that are still less obnoxious than a brake
