Hi everyone, I'm interested in buying a M64-3 3"BBL and wanted to get some opinions on what a fair price would be. The seller is asking $900.00. I have not inspected yet, but seller states it's was purchased new and rarely shot. No box, manual or original stocks. What do you think? Is this a fair deal, or should I try to negotiate? Thanks in advance for your input.

Thanks for the feedback. I'll definitely plan to negotiate. Out of curiosity, what would you guys consider a fair price? Just looking for a ballpark range so I don't overpay or low ball.

I am "TIGHT". Would be interested at $700 ish. Had a 3" 65, and did not why everyone raves about them so much. Personal preference I guess. Have had snubbies, 2" and 2.5" which worked out fine. Do have a 64-3, 4". Bob

$900 is a bit too much for that gun. If it was a model 65 then maybe in the current market it would be a good price. I happened to have just come back from my LGS and they had a high condition 3" 64-3 with Boston PD markings and original stocks for $799.95. I would consider $700 a fairer price.

I got one a few years ago locally for $700, but they are probably more expensive now. A 3" model 64 is a wonderful edc and k frames have great triggers. I'd buy it.

I agree with what has already been said. $900 is too high, without the original stocks and showing visible signs of use, that's a $700 revolver.

I've listed my Model 64-1 with a 4 inch barrel several times here on the For Sale sub-forum for as low as $650 shipped and insured and have not even got any offers or comments so I'm thinking, too high still. Granted it is a 4 inch, not a 3" but still with two (2) sets of stocks (original PC...quite worn) and Altamont Rosewood, and considering I'll pay the $65 shipping and insurance, and it is a NO Hillary hole stainless steel gun I though it would move.

Like others have said...that 3" is maybe a $700 gun to most, but you are seeing it, you don't have one, you want one....maybe it is worth more to you. I've sure bought my share of guns that were "bought too early" because I had searched for years, finally saw one, time was right so plank down those bennies and grants and "get er done".Mod 64-1 a.webpMod 64-1 b.webpmod 64-1 new C.webpMod 64-1 new E.webpMod 64-1 new F.webp
