Resident Alien

Did anyone else watch a new show called "Resident Alien" on the Sci FYI channel on Wednesday? It's about an alien who comes to earth to drop off a device that will wipe out human kind. Unfortunately, his spaceship gets struck by lightning and crash lands in the snow just outside a small town in Colorado. It's funny as hell. He kills a doctor who lives on the town's outskirts and assumes his human form to fit in. A fish out of water situation.

I did I loved it. The star played in a series Firefly in 2001. Great actor and I look forward to watching more.

Yeah, I watched it. Pretty good premier and looks promising as a series.
I'm a sci-fi freak, have been for close to 50 years. I even enjoy the campy stuff.

Yes, I watched and really liked it! Have my dvr set for all future episodes.

The lead also played K-2SO in Rogue One... very funny actor.

We're looking forward to watching it, but are waiting for more episodes to drop as we like to binge watch series.

Alan Tudyk is the star. As noted, he gained notoriety playing Wash, the pilot, on Firefly. He's a good actor. But sorta flies under the radar. He's one of those faces you see a lot, but just can't think of his name.

I watched the new show and believe it has good potential. But it also has a bit too much stupid. Let's hope they get that sorted out. So far I do like it.

Another little Alan Tudyk gem is a movie called "Tucker and Dale VS Evil". Basically, teenagers in the woods meet gruesome fates. But with an unexpected twist and its a comedy.
