That's a vast improvement over 0%. Best of luck with your restoration effort!
We'd sure like to see some photos! Here's my method for uploading photos to the Forum...
1) I take photos with my cellphone and upload them to my computer Desktop
2) Then get on the Forum, pick your topic or thread, and scroll down to "Additional Options" (box just below the "New Thread" or "Reply to Thread" box), find "Attach Files", and select "Manage Attachments"
3) A window will open where you can browse your Desktop, select up to 5 of your photos, and upload
4) When you select "Preview Post", your photos will appear as thumbnails under your text, and you can "Submit Reply" whenever you're happy with the Post

Or you can open the thumbnails and add the resulting image address to your post wherever you want it to appear to see the full size pic in the thread...
