Has anyone used Nelson for a full action job?
I have not, but based on the numerous excellent reviews he gets from people who know what they're talking about, I'd have no problem sending him a pistol....Has anyone used Nelson for a full action job?
Here's Nelson Ford's phone # 602 992 0050 He's in AZ and he does awesome work.
Anyone here remember Jim Stroh of Alpha Precision ? Back in his prime he was a true artist at Smith gunsmithing .
Clark Custom Guns in Princeton, Louisiana is still in business. I have been a customer of theirs for 50+ years. I live approximately 15 miles from the shop. They are closed on Monday and do not answer the phone on Wednesday to allow the gunsmiths to work on guns uninterrupted. Call and ask for Clay who is the revolversmith. He is a very knowledgeable guy, does an excellent job on any kind of work on revolvers, and is very friendly and easy to talk to on the phone. Good luck.
