RSR

COMES WITH HARD CASE PAPERWORK

I didnt catch the RSR in the title initially. Your Trail Boss is probably a -6 with product code163409 and was manufactured in2002 or 2003 and has the lock. Its a limited PC gun but not sure how many were made. I would change my initial price to about $900 because it is limited but not more since it has the lock.

But I'm pullin my hair trying to figure out why it doesn't have the Lanyard screw

There were Three initial versions, one didn't have the lanyard screw. Plus, some people didn't like, need, or want the lanyard screw. They could easily replaced them with a standard grip screw.

The inspiration for the series came from an art print of a grizzly that was being sold at the Shot Show. The print was titled "Trail Boss". The 629 Trail Boss was idea formed on the long air flight back to the East coast after the show. What would you want on your side if you were out hiking and a huge grizzly was attacking? This was a long time before the X-frame came out.

The Trail Bosses were NOT Performance Center products. They were RSR exclusives.
