Well, I bet Ruger would do away with the lock and put a warning about reading the manual on the barrel, the good and the bad.

Don't count on it, Ruger put the locks on their revolvers under the grips.

Then they can ruin S&W by discontinuing S&W guns too like they did themselves. Everytime i look for a ruger model to buy it its discontinued. Discontinued seems to be the new buzz word around ruger and colt lately.
