I'll trade you 2 mags for your trigger.
I have the old LC9 and would appreciate a swap.

I found mags on Ruger's website. Found Bianchi IWB holsters are in stock at Cabellas.

Love the trigger.

Not a 9mm fan, but this one sold me. Great trigger, slim, lightweight, have an Aliengear 2.0 tuck holster coming. Will be my all the time carry gun. And it shoots lights out!!!!!

I know what you mean my wife ccw's a LCP 380 she likes it I gag on the trigger pull. She feels safer with the strong trigger and states she will be belly shooting it if she ever has to use it. I can't get her to try another gun.

There must be some variability from gun to gun (like anything else, I suppose). The trigger on the one that I tried (side by side with a regular LC9) was just nothing to shout about - frankly, I was hard pressed to say the LC9s trigger was notably better than that on the regular LC9. And neither could hold a candle to that on my CM9. Honestly, based on the sample I tried, I don't get all the fuss - so it may not have been a representative sample trigger.

If you gave me this gun I would give it back, these guns are cheesy unreliable guns that are awaiting a failure to fire and a stovepipe. Shell me all you want but I would not trust my life to this piece of plastic. redesigned or not the older ones are pieces of trash, how much could they really do to make it better.

This of course is just my opinion and we are all entitled to that.

Pete

I am carrying one right now. I have an original LC9 I like very much but the S is better. It is a fine weapon. I have a Ruger marked holster that is a Mitch Rosen I bought from Ruger. I carry an extra mag in a kydex single mag carrier I got from Center of Mass. I have run several hundred rounds through it, mostly Mozambique drills, and it has run like a scalded dog.

I agree with a few others here...Simply NOT interested. They SELL mostly because they are CHEAP. The average buyer is NOT a dedicated gun person...they are simply looking for a cheap handgun. Price tag shoppers.

Hickok45 sure likes the new LC9S. Kept saying how nice the trigger was.

I've been less than interested in subcompact single stack 9s, but I've been so thoroughly impressed with Ruger's little LCP that I might take a look at this one.

I don't get that at all. I had the original LC9 and I now have the LC9-S. Light years of difference.

So why aren't Ravens, Lorcins, TAurus, Rossi, and Charter Arms flying off the shelves?

The Ruger LC9-S is a polymer, striker fired gun at a price point similar to others in its class, like the Shield, XD, etc. and mine has been stone reliable with factory and my reloads. A paper plate at 25 yards doesn't stand a chance.
