I just took my older version stainless Bearcat from the safe. Its aluminum?? ejector housing must go. Where can I obtain a stainless housing?

I'm thinking of getting a stainless Lipsey's 4.2-nch Bearcat with adjustable sight. If it also has that third-rate ejector housing, where can I obtain an ejector housing for it? Do both Bearcats use the same housing?

You know the Washington Monument?

The very tip was solid aluminium as it was considered ultra precious and appealing back in the 1800s.

Reconsider aluminium. Give it a chance. It’s good stuff!

Aluminum was so valuable solely because the amount of energy required to refine bauxite was expensive until Charles Hall and Karl Josef Bayer patented respective methods to separate aluminum from its ubiquitous mineral compounds in 1889.

I just don't care for two-tone gray/lighter gray. :)

if stainless steel it is the new not old model version - original versions were only produced with aluminum + blued steel frames - several steel ejector rods are available -

I refer to "older" version, having 4.0-inch barrel with fixed sights, and "newer" version, I believe Lipsey's specially ordered from Ruger, with 4.2-inch barrel and adjustable sights.
