At 5PM EST the NRA ILA site was not sending Emails to political leaders it was overwhelmed I guess.

I would hope so it cost them a lot of business and many dealers such as myself have a long memory.

I hope that memory has faded a Lil or is it selective, Im sure there are plenty of people here that remember when S&W (Tompkins owned) inacted the magazine ban (10 rnd) during the Clinton adminsitration. No Im not pointing fingers but here you are on a S&W board, and I would be willing to bet your selling Smith's (or I hope you are) not tryin to start anything just saying if one can forgive Smith for what they did, Then Ruger should be as well, esp considering they are the only MFG I have seen as of yet to help the general public in ways to contact their state & federal representatives to help voice our concerns.

I've been told that these electronic letters are a little hollow and something hand written is better.

If you go that route, do not send it to the DC offices for your congressional delegation. Those letters all get irradiated at some Federal gamma-ray facility and they (reportedly) take weeks to arrive.

Send them to the local offices.
