I have a pressure switch for my flashlight. I want to mount the switch to the top (square part that connects the vertical grip to the rail) left side of the vertical grip.

What would y'all recommend as the best way/place to run the pressure switch wire for this flashlight?

The top picture is how the rifle is set up now and the bottom picture is just to show the wire length.

So, basically, neither of you think a pressure switch is necessary when the flashlight can be mounted to where the operator can turn it on/off without having to move their forward hand?

Yep. If it can be mounted where you can use your forward hand to operate the tail cap, there is no need for a pressure switch. No wires to break, no wires to get hung up on things... The wire you have is way too long to do what you want to do. Where are you going to put all that excess coiled wire?

Yes, I mount mine so I can operate the tail switch with my support hand thumb. I don't see the value of the remote switch.

My light spends most of its time off the rifle. Because I don't have a remote switch, there's no left over wire. If I need it, I just pop the light on and go.

Yup, if you can reach and activate the light without moving your hand, that's the way to go...
