#18 above. I don't know about your 640, but maybe turnerriver will

Larry is right, the model 640 is a Threepersons carved holster with a safety strap. LEO918's Holster is a model 814, first cataloged in 1940 and carried in the line up into the 1970's despite the addition of the model 624 with the dog-ear type hammer protector.
