for my KCPD RM.
A big "THANKS!" goes to turnerriver who gave a heads-up to Toyman, and Toyman who passed the tip on to me, that there was a Kansas City Police marked holster running on an eBay auction several weeks ago.
The auction description was as follows: "VINTAGE LEATHER GUN HOLSTER, TOOLED SD. MYRES EL PASO TEXAS, KC. PD" with 3 pictures of the holster, one of which was next to a ruler showing the length. I was not absolutely sure what size the holster was, but I had previously seen one that looked very similar that was sold with a 4" KCPD RM by JACKTHEDOG on Gunauction.com, so I took a chance, bid on the holster, and won the auction for $85.75 including shipping.
As it turned out the holster fits my KCPD RM perfectly and is another nice "extra" to go along with the gun. Below are a few pictures of the holster and RM together.
