S&W 1000

Have a SW 1000 completely disassembled for cleaning and am having trouble reassembling it.

First problem: trigger assembly is out, but a spring and small cap came out too. Not exactly sure where it goes.

Second problem, after cleaning first part (gas tube, piston assembly, acutater bars and bolt), couldn't get the bolt to close up all the way.

i found one video on the web, but it didn't go far enough or have enough detail. any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
