S&W .38 cylinder cycling problem.. Need Help!!

Hey all,

It's my first post here and unfortunately I have a problem....

I got an old .38 special the other day and it worked fine. After taking it all apart to clean it, I put it all back together and the trigger will pull, hammer moves back and forth like it is firing but the cylinder will not cycle!!!

I can't seem to figure out what is wrong with it! Any clues????

Sounds like the hand hasn't captured the torsion sping.Check FAQ #8 at top of this section.
