Don't feel bad sniper47. I didn't know about the 3906 till I came here. Then it took me several years to track down a fixed sight variant. After shooting it, I love this gun.

Then I read that the late production 3906's had Novak low mount sights. So now I'm looking for one of those.

Then there is the light weight aluminum framed version in blue, the 3904. So of course I need one of those too.

Then I want to get a beater and have the trigger guard rounded, Novak night sights installed, and the frame melonited with a hard chrome slide........it's a disease I tell ya. Regards 18DAI.

3906 is good

I sold my 952 and kept my 3906 and 3914. Let go of my 3913LS, sorry I did that. Post some pics when it gets in.

They are nice. As said previous, once you get the 3906 you will have to get the 3904. Then start on the 59XX.

I fell into a 5906 and love it , a bit large in the handle. I also picked up a 3906 and it fits my smaller hands better. I am so insprested with the quality of both guns. You will find either a great solid piece in your hands.. Watch out 1 will lead to many...
