(SOLD PENDING FUNDS)
I have for sale an AR15 in A2 configuration set up for NRA/CMP high-power rifle competition.
The LOWER half is from Compass Lake Engineering with the Frank White CLE two-stage trigger. Here is some information about the trigger: The CLE Trigger.
The UPPER half is a service rifle upper from White Oak Armament. It has a 20" stainless steel barrel with 1 in 7" twist that is good for shooting the 77 and 80 grain projectiles commonly used by high-power shooters. It will also handle standard 55 grain or 62 grain ammo just fine. The barrel has a "post ban" configuration with no flash hider or bayonet lug. It features a White Oak Precision CMP-legal float tube under the handguards for better accuracy when using a sling and a windage-adjustable front sight. The upper is built on a Colt/Mueller Brass (ie marked "CMB") forging with fixed carry handle. The rear sight is pinned and adjustable in quarter- minute increments.
Magazines: Comes with four USGI 20 round magazines. Three are Adventure Line and one is Universal/Simmonds Precision. All are well-used but work great.
Condition: It is in very good, but not new, condition. This was my #2 gun when I was shooting high power, and I believe I have less than 500 rounds through it. There are a few nicks and marks. Only one is really noticeable, circled in red in the pictures. Total weight with magazine but unloaded is 9 lbs 15 oz.
Price: $1100 shipped to your FFL via USPS. I do not have a FFL, so make sure your FFL will accept a USPS delivery from a non-licensee with photocopy of Driver's License. This is located in Tucson, AZ if you are interested in Face-To-Face at $1075. Post "I'll take it" reply followed by PM or PM with any questions.
