S&W 422

I'm new here...love the Forum!..So I've looked thru all the threads and haven't seen anything on it. I'm looking for a Kydex Tactical type holster that will accommodate a 422? Recently Purchased a M&P 15-22 to run with as ammo is cheaper than 223 rounds and want to use my 422 as my secondary. Any help would be appreciated.....thank you.

I am also a huge fan of the #422/622/2206/2213/2214 series of guns, currently own seven. I believe this series of guns was discontinued by the time Kydex became real popular, and have never seen such an animal for this series of guns. Due to the thinness of these models, I can't think of anything that might interchange either. I have found the finish on the #422 to be fairly fragile, Kydex would ruin the finish in short order. F.I.S.T is the only holster company I have found that even has a mold for these models. You might contact them.

I appreciate that info, too...big 422 fan myself but had stopped trying to find a holster for one.

I bought a 4" 2206 a couple years ago and it came with an Uncle Mike's #1, and it fits it really well.
