I called S&W last Thursday, packed up my 1076, the label arrived Friday, handed the package to the UPS Driver Yesterday (Monday) about 4 PM, Vito called from S&W at 10:30AM Today (Tuesday), my pistol will go out UPS Today. That’s Service!!
UPS did good as well, about 16 hours my door to Vito’s bench.
I will post on the Simiauto section about what I learned.

"Vito" slicked up my 629-1 SOOOOoooooo good....and made it so I could actually get the rear sight ON the target....

...he's a real gem IMHO. Although when the phone rang a guy with a [prominent ?Bronx?Brooklyn? accent [sorry I don't know which is which]...when I calmed down a bit I could hear him cycling it and asking "what is it youse want to do with this?".....a few questions, and !perfection!!!
