Aluminum full size frame with the subcompact SS short slide so you have a concealable subcompact that runs a 15 round mag. I would LOVE to find one of those 5903SSV's in decent shape for the right price as an EDC pistol!!

I'd like a 6906 frame with a 5906 slide and barrel. Since I have both, I might just try that, only to see how it looks. I don't think I'd do that permanently.

They will both run great. Did it with a 6906 and a 5904. Bitone that way too. I actually liked the shorter grip, longer barrel setup best.

Buy a 6906/6904 and a 5903/5904 and swap them around. You can do blue, alloy/ ss or bitone. Either way, you will have two nice guns cheaper than a plastic one.
