I was looking at a used 640-1 pro series. It was being sold as performance center model. Are there any markings that show that it’s a Performance Center Model. It’s got the night sights on it. Serial Number starts with “ DEE “ Very smoothe double action trigger. Not very familiar with these models. I collect older model 60s. Thanks in advance.

I was under the impression the "Pro Series" was laser engraved with "Pro Series" on the right side of the Revolver below the cylinder area. It should also have a funky look fluted barrel.

I've read rumors that hint at the 640-1 Pro being a PC product. I've seen nothing to substantiate the claim.

It's on my right hip everyday. I like it.

Internally, the current production "Performance Center" revolvers are identical to the regular production models, with the exception of the lighter mainspring (8 pounds) and a slightly lighter rebound slide spring. (approx. 16 pounds)

640 Pro Series

This is my 640 Pro-Series, which is a great shooter, with Curt Harlow grips!

The one that eludes me is the 632 Pro-Series. Just like the 640 Pro only in 32 H&R mag!
