I see that the 617 revolver has a different shaped hand. Do they make oversize hands for the 617?

As far as I am aware of, all the hammer DA sears are the same length. One could be made longer with a spot of tig weld, then worked to the desired length.
Why are you asking about a longer DA sear? The length is critical as it only causes the trigger to lift the hammer until there is a smooth transition to the second stage of the DA pull. As long as this transition is smooth (as felt by your finger) the DA sear is the correct length. Making it longer will not increase the height the hammer is raised in DA if that is what you are thinking.
The longer sears increases the hammer travel, allowing the hand to travel further also.
