It looks like you are off to a really good start. Depending on your shooting patterns, that Model 66-3 might suffice, but I'm beginning to agree that...
When I had my Model 66 rebuilt as a "Model 616" I thought long and hard about it, then picked a Model 686 with 6" barrel as its replacement in that slot. I would also have a hard time avoiding a Model 60 (mine is a 3" Model 60-4 w/adj sites) or one of the Model 631 or 632 mini-stompers if they came my way. Of course you already know that the answer to "How many do I need?" will always be "just a couple more!"
