S&W fan from Mo.

Hi everybody,
I live in Missouri and love guns. Was looking for info on a 65-4 stainless steel w/a 4" barrel when I ran across this forum.I was wondering if anyone could tell me what WCS 2751 means. It is stamped on the trademark side just below the cylinder, on the frame. thanks alot. gordon.
