Here is a story of good customer service.

I just bought a new model 63 .22 revolver. I had to special order it since no shop in my area stocked it. If I could have seen it before hand, I'd have never selected it. It had:
-defective machining on the ejector star
-uneven b/c gap (.008-.014 inches)
-excessive end shake
-excessive rotational play
I was lucky to group 6" at 15 yerds from a rest and the large gap let out a big flame on the right side. Then I put in a Wolf spring kit and got lots of misfires.

I finally had enough and I sent it back and they replaced all the bad parts and reset the barrel. It took 4 weeks, but it was worth it. The groups are now 2" at 15 yards and I haven't had a misfire even with the lightest Wolf springs.

Cool!

I sent mine (M63) back. the cylinder was too tight and would lock up after 6 rounds. trigger was crunchy.

I sent it last week. I hope to have a
